Shipping & Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a store credit.

To be eligible for a return/store credit, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

All returns will be issues in the form of store credit.

You will be responsible for the shipping cost when you are initiating a return. We do not provide return labels.

Original shipping fee will not be returned in any circumstance.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Customized/personalized items
  • Holiday items
  • Clearance
  • Discounted items
  • Bathing suits for any reason, due to health concerns
  • Hair items of any kind
  • Hats
  • Body suits for any reasons, due to health concerns


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
